What is Gomi?

Gomi is a go playing program understanding Chinese rules.

Features of Gomi

• Coded in Standard ML (SML), with an emphasis on keeping the code as simple as possible.
• Compiled using MLton to give good performance on benchmarks.
• Communicates using the standard Go Text Protocol, allowing easy integration with support tools such as GoGui.

Project Status

Gomi is in maintainance mode: the latest version is Gomi 1.1 (release 20180810). Users are encouraged to try out or adapt Gomi for their own applications. Gomi is free software, released under the MIT License.
